Emma is a designer, lecturer and doctoral student at University of Greenwich. She co-leads Unit A on the Postgraduate Landscape Architecture and Urbanism programmes. She is a VC Scholarship student at Greenwich, and her research explores the adaptability, agency and inequity of public space across physical and social geographies within the UK.

She graduated from the Bartlett with a MArch (Distinction) degree and was awarded the Bartlett School of Architecture Medal and Ambrose Poynter Prize. She also worked in architectural practice for several years at Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) in London.
